Rules:
1.No. Of Team members: 2-4
2. Reporting time : 9 am, 1st April
3. All the team members should belong to APSIT.
4. Each team member should be a student currently in the final year of engineering (BE)
5. It is mandatory to carry your APSIT College ID card of the current academic year 2022-23 by each and every participant, otherwise entry won't be permitted.
6. Poster size: A2
7. Poster Material: Card Paper or anything with a significant thickness
8. Poster should be completely original. It can either be hand-drawn or a printout of a digitally made design.
9. In the case of digital printout, participants should also carry the editable file of the digital design.
10. Only one poster can be presented per team. (Poster should be made beforehand)
11. Posters should strictly be related to one of the above mentioned domains.
12. For participants engaging in indisciplinary acts, misconduct arguments with other individuals; organizers reserve the right to cancel the participation of the entire team.
13. Smoking, consumption of alcohol or any other such 'substances' is prohibited.
